A lighter life, on your Mac.
Start locally, then choose your optional tools.
Open your workspace
Open the supplied OneTap Life build. Complete the welcome tour and choose Start on this device. Drag in a supported screenshot, PDF or audio file, or paste text. Review suggestions before saving. No OneTap login is needed.
Connect Google
Create Google Cloud OAuth clients for each native platform, enable Gmail and Calendar APIs and configure the public client IDs in the native build. Open Settings → Connected apps, choose Gmail and/or Calendar and approve Google access. No OneTap account, client secret or OneTap backend is required. Detailed instructions are in the native repository docs/GOOGLE_SETUP.md.
Optional AI
Local extraction and reply templates work offline. In native builds with OneTap AI activated, choose online AI and tap Find my next steps to send the displayed image and text through OneTap’s backend to SiliconFlow. No personal API key or OneTap sign-in is required. Review every result. The backend stores anonymous usage counters, not source documents or workspaces; provider data policies, fair-use limits and service availability apply.
Offline voice
Import a short supported audio file, choose English, Hindi or Telugu and download its language pack once from Hugging Face. Transcription then runs on the device. Review the transcript before saving. Live operating-system dictation may use its vendor’s online service.
Local reminders
In the app, open Settings → Reminders & alerts. Enable notifications, then choose automatic due-day reminders, a custom time or an evening check-in. Android precise scheduling requires a separate system permission; otherwise alerts are approximate. System settings can delay or suppress delivery.
Availability
A Mac development build is available from the project owner. Public distribution requires signing and notarization. Live Google authorization requires configured public OAuth IDs and appropriate Apple signing/keychain entitlements.
