Personal control, made clear.
Your local workspace and the optional services you choose.
Your local workspace
Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android keep separate encrypted local workspaces. The encryption key is held in platform secure storage. No OneTap account or server sync is used. Removing the app or encryption key can make local data unavailable; export important data first.
Optional Google access
Google authorization is used only for connected Gmail and Calendar tools. Requests go directly from the native device to Google. Gmail access is read-only. Calendar bookings require review and approval, including guest invitations. The app checks your primary calendar for availability; it does not promise guest availability. Google’s SDK manages credentials on the device. Disconnect in Connected apps to revoke the connection. Imported email text remains until you delete it or its retention expires.
Optional AI
Local extraction and reply templates work offline. In native builds with OneTap AI activated, choose online AI and tap Find my next steps to send the displayed image and text through OneTap’s backend to SiliconFlow. No personal API key or OneTap sign-in is required. Review every result. The backend stores anonymous usage counters, not source documents or workspaces; provider data policies, fair-use limits and service availability apply.
Voice notes
Import a short supported audio file, choose English, Hindi or Telugu and download its language pack once from Hugging Face. Transcription then runs on the device. Review the transcript before saving. Live operating-system dictation may use its vendor’s online service.
Retention, export and deletion
Choose source retention in settings. Expiry is applied when the workspace is opened or resumed; derived actions remain until deleted. Exported JSON is plain text. Delete captures or the workspace from settings; original source files and external Google events are unaffected. Old cloud data from earlier development builds is not accessed or automatically erased by this local-only build.
This website
This website explains OneTap Life for Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android. Its motion samples are illustrative. It has no capture workspace, file uploads or checkout. The website has no analytics, advertising pixels or external font requests. Saved article bookmarks use local browser storage on this device and can be removed with the bookmark control or by clearing site data. Use the installed apps to capture documents, manage reminders and access optional AI.
