Review every suggestion
AI, OCR and transcription can make mistakes. Check names, dates, amounts, recipients and reply wording. Suggested actions do not prove a bill was paid or an issue resolved. Reply drafts are editable and are not automatically sent.
Local data and backups
Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android keep separate encrypted local workspaces. The encryption key is held in platform secure storage. No OneTap account or server sync is used. Removing the app or encryption key can make local data unavailable; export important data first.
Optional services
Local extraction and reply templates work offline. In native builds with OneTap AI activated, choose online AI and tap Find my next steps to send the displayed image and text through OneTap’s backend to SiliconFlow. No personal API key or OneTap sign-in is required. Review every result. The backend stores anonymous usage counters, not source documents or workspaces; provider data policies, fair-use limits and service availability apply.
Store products
The app includes 3 free entries total per device (approved captures, notes or to-dos) and 3 successful AI analyses or generated replies. Deleting entries does not restore the allowance. Lifetime access removes the entry count limit with a single purchase: intended India price ₹999, product com.onetaplife.lifetime. No monthly or yearly plans. Purchase and restore inside the Mac, iOS or Android app, within the original store ecosystem; no OneTap account is needed. Live purchase testing is pending. Online AI requires internet and is subject to fair-use limits and service availability. File/device limits still apply.
Development availability
Public distribution requires store review, Google OAuth verification where applicable and testing on physical devices. Store availability is shown in each platform guide. OneTap Life is not an emergency or guaranteed alarm service.
