A LITTLE LIFE GUIDE / CHECKLIST

Turn a short voice memo into a reviewed action

Use a recording as the beginning of a task rather than treating its transcript as final.

A spoken note can preserve an idea while you are away from the keyboard. Import a short supported recording, then review the words before asking the app to organize them.

THE LITTLE THING TO REMEMBER

A voice memo becomes useful admin only after you check its transcript and intended next step.

01

Start with the right file

Choose a supported voice file of up to three minutes and select the language actually spoken. If that language pack is not installed, download it before expecting offline transcription. A transcript of a different recording is difficult to spot later unless you check the source immediately.

02

Review before adding timing

Read names, dates, amounts and the intended action against the recording. “Next Friday” needs an actual reviewed date before you create an alarm. Save a clear task title and keep useful transcript context rather than assuming every spoken sentence should become a separate task.

03

Know which voice path you chose

Use a memo such as “check which attachment is needed before Tuesday” as a small first example. After recognition, inspect whether the transcript names Tuesday correctly and whether the missing attachment is identified. If neither the recording nor the source makes the attachment clear, the useful task is to ask which file is required. Keep that uncertainty in notes instead of allowing a polished title to imply that the requirement is known. Before approving the capture, read the task as though you were returning to it several days later. It should still explain what to inspect, where the context came from and which detail needs your decision before an alert can be useful.

PUT IT INTO PRACTICE

Your little checklist.

  1. Choose the supported recording you intend to import.

  2. Select English, Hindi or Telugu to match the speech.

  3. Download its language pack if the device needs it.

  4. Review the transcript and approve the intended action.

A little reference.

Keep the context and your next action together.

ONE MORE QUESTION

Can I import an hours-long recording?

The current import flow supports short recordings up to three minutes. Choose a short relevant recording rather than expecting long-meeting transcription.

Your source stays the reference.

These guides explain product workflows. Review extracted names, dates and amounts. Features depend on your device, permissions and optional service setup.
