Online AI can help interpret approved source material without requiring a customer API key. It still means sending that material beyond your device, so inspect what you are sharing.
Online AI is a source-sharing choice, even when the app supplies the service connection.
Check the source before the request
Open the image or text visible in the capture review and make sure it is the material you intend to process. A screenshot can contain unrelated names or messages around the useful section. Use an appropriate source rather than assuming the model sees only the sentence you had in mind.
Review the resulting interpretation
OneTap sends the approved material through its gateway to SiliconFlow when you request online processing. The workspace itself does not synchronize. Check proposed dates, amounts and actions before approval; a server response can be well formatted and still contain a mistaken reading.
Distinguish access from availability
Before approving an online request, inspect the edges of the displayed screenshot as well as the sentence you care about. A message preview, account label or unrelated conversation may also be visible. If that extra material is unnecessary, choose a more suitable source before starting the request. After the response arrives, compare its proposed fields with the material you actually supplied. Do not infer that the gateway synchronized your saved task or acquired access to an entire inbox simply because it processed one approved source. Keeping the scope concrete helps you understand both the sharing decision you made and the limits of what the model could reasonably have checked.

A little reference.
Keep the context and your next action together.
| Choice | Use it for | Check before saving |
|---|---|---|
| Displayed source | Material to be processed | Review its full content |
| Gateway request | Optional online interpretation | Requires explicit choice |
| Saved workspace | Device-local records | Does not become cloud sync |
Do I need to paste a personal provider key into the app?
No. OneTap’s production gateway keeps provider credentials server-side; users do not need their own provider key.
