When a screen is unfamiliar, start with its own help entry. Capture, records, reminders, AI and other workflows have different questions and should not all be troubleshot the same way.
Good help connects an explanation to the screen you are actually using.
Ask a narrow question
Decide what you need to understand: the meaning of a field, where processing happens or whether an action affects an external service. A narrow question helps you choose the relevant guide instead of opening every connection setting and making unnecessary changes.
Check the live screen afterward
Return to the actual form and compare the guide with its current values. A reminder article does not prove notifications are allowed, and an AI setup article does not prove a model is downloaded. Use the explanation to interpret the device’s real state.
Start with the right expectation
Use the help route to answer the smallest unresolved question first. On a reminder page, that might be the difference between a task alarm and a repeating review; on an AI page, it may be where the source will be processed. After reading, return to the same entry and check the field you were unsure about. Avoid changing several unrelated settings simply because the guide names them as options. If the explanation still leaves a problem, note the screen, field and visible result for support. That focused description is much easier to investigate than a broad statement that the whole app is not working after many settings changed at once.

Can I read guides without connecting an account?
The native guide center is available offline and does not require a OneTap account.
These guides explain product workflows. Review extracted names, dates and amounts. Features depend on your device, permissions and optional service setup.
A little more clarity, in your pocket.
