A LITTLE LIFE GUIDE / EXPLAINER

Keep each person’s reports under the right patient label

A shared device can hold reports for several people, but a report is useful only when its patient context is correct.

A shared device can hold reports for several people, but a report is useful only when its patient context is correct. Check the person before organizing the document or scheduling its review.

THE LITTLE THING TO REMEMBER

Check whose report it is before deciding where it belongs.

01

Start with the source

Compare the patient name and identifying information on the original with the reviewed label. Similar names or a familiar provider logo are not enough to establish whose report you imported. Correct a mistaken label before approving the record.

02

Make the review useful

Use Health for clinical reports and keep the label consistent across that person’s records. Search can use patient label, provider, record name and summary. These organizational labels help you find records; they do not establish a complete clinical history.

03

Keep the next step clear

Name linked actions so their subject is clear, especially if your notifications may appear while another person uses the device. A review reminder should help you open the correct source rather than making clinical assumptions from a short task title.

PUT IT INTO PRACTICE

One step at a time.

  1. 01

Check the patient details on the original report.

  2. 02

Choose Health and correct the patient label.

  3. 03

Use a recognizable record name and provider.

  4. 04

Review the linked task before scheduling a check-in.

A little reference.

Keep the context and your next action together.

ONE MORE QUESTION

Does a patient label create a medical profile or diagnosis?

No. It organizes the records you supplied; OneTap does not establish a complete clinical history or infer diagnoses from labels.

Your source stays the reference.

These guides explain product workflows. Review extracted names, dates and amounts. Features depend on your device, permissions and optional service setup.

A little more clarity, in your pocket.
