A LITTLE LIFE GUIDE / TROUBLESHOOTING

Schedule a weekly review of a saved report

A recurring review can remind you to revisit a document or prepare an administrative follow-up.

A recurring review can remind you to revisit a document or prepare an administrative follow-up. Choose a frequency for your own workflow without presenting it as a medical schedule.

THE LITTLE THING TO REMEMBER

A personal review rule organizes your attention; it does not create medical instructions.

01

Start with the source

Open the saved record and choose Schedule a review. Select the first date and time, then Every 7 days if a weekly check-in suits your administrative plan. The original report date remains separate from the date you choose to review it.

02

Make the review useful

Use a task title that explains what the check-in is for, such as “Read the appointment questions and check for the missing attachment.” The app does not prescribe when a medical result should be repeated or reviewed clinically.

03

Keep the next step clear

At the reminder, use Reviewed this check-in when you want to acknowledge that occurrence and keep later recurrences. Complete task & stop repeats ends future alerts for that task. System notification settings can affect whether an alert is delivered.

PUT IT INTO PRACTICE

One step at a time.

  1. 01

    Open the correct saved report.

  2. 02

Choose the first personal review date and time.

  3. 03

Select Every 7 days for a weekly administrative check-in.

  4. 04

Acknowledge occurrences or stop repeats deliberately.

A little reference.

Keep the context and your next action together.

ONE MORE QUESTION

Does choosing every seven days recommend a medical follow-up interval?

No. It is your reminder rule. Follow the actual schedule and instructions provided by the relevant qualified professional.

Your source stays the reference.

These guides explain product workflows. Review extracted names, dates and amounts. Features depend on your device, permissions and optional service setup.
