A LITTLE LIFE GUIDE / COMPARISON

Learn the two free allowances before adding examples

Use meaningful trial work rather than disposable records you expect to reset.

The free entry allowance and free AI allowance measure different activity. Knowing that before you add examples helps you choose useful first records.

THE LITTLE THING TO REMEMBER

Trials are easier to evaluate when the examples are useful work you actually intend to review.

01

Count saved entries separately

Three new entries total are available per device, shared by approved captures, manual notes and manual to-dos. Editing an existing saved task is different from adding another. Deleting a disposable example does not return its used entry allowance.

02

Count successful model work separately

Three successful AI analyses or generated replies form the AI trial allowance. A successful preview can count before you decide whether to save its capture. Local OCR plus rules uses no AI trial. Failed or invalid requests have their own refund handling.

03

Make the first three entries count

Pick trial examples that answer questions you actually have about the product. A clear document with a known deadline can show how you review extraction, while a manual to-do can show how scheduling works. Before requesting AI, ask whether the source contains something that needs model interpretation rather than ordinary editing. After a successful preview, inspect its result even if you ultimately decide not to save it; that model work belongs to the separate successful-result allowance. Keeping examples purposeful avoids a later surprise when deleting disposable entries does not refill the counters. The goal of a trial session is to learn the workflow from useful checked work, not to manufacture a resettable practice sandbox.

PUT IT INTO PRACTICE

One step at a time.

  1. 01

Choose a real small task for your first saved entry.

  2. 02

Use on-device rules when model interpretation is unnecessary.

  3. 03

Review the trial counters before requesting optional AI.

  4. 04

Edit saved examples rather than adding duplicates for every correction.

ONE MORE QUESTION

Can I reset the free plan by deleting my three entries?

No. The documented counters persist in secure storage and are not reset by deleting saved records.

Your source stays the reference.

These guides explain product workflows. Review extracted names, dates and amounts. Features depend on your device, permissions and optional service setup.
