OneTap’s phone interface gives you access to capture, review and reminders without requiring a desktop-sized workspace. Start from the input you already have.
A compact view should make starting easier while keeping detailed review one step away.
Choose the source type deliberately
A screenshot, pasted message and voice note can each start a useful capture. Select the source you intend to process and review what appears before choosing an analysis mode. Compact controls do not change the need to check the document’s category, dates and next steps.
Open details when you need precision
Use the task or record editor for timing, checklists, recipients and review rules. A short card title is a navigation aid, not the whole source. Open the saved record when you need to check evidence instead of trying to infer everything from a small preview.
Choose optional services deliberately
When a phone card looks abbreviated, open it rather than guessing the rest of its title or source. Small screens prioritize recognition and navigation, while the editor carries the detailed dates, recipients and review rules. After choosing an input, inspect the visible selected material before requesting any interpretation. If several tasks are present, read the correct title before moving a reminder or controlling a countdown. This preserves the same review discipline you would use on a larger screen without requiring every field to appear at once. The compact layout should reduce the number of steps needed to begin, while still giving you a deliberate place to check information before it is saved or acted upon.

Does the mobile interface use the same cloud workspace as Mac?
No. Each installation keeps its own encrypted local workspace even when its workflows look similar.
These guides explain product workflows. Review extracted names, dates and amounts. Features depend on your device, permissions and optional service setup.
