A multi-page document can put an important exception after a summary table. Read the pages as a whole before turning the first visible date into a task.
Page order is part of meaning; do not summarize a document from a single convenient crop.
Start with the source
Use a supported document import when possible and check the complete source in its original viewer. If you work from separate images, give each source a recognizable page context and keep the original document together outside OneTap.
Make the review useful
Review instructions that refer to earlier sections, attachments or definitions. A later page might explain that a date is only an example, or that different requirements apply to different circumstances. Keep uncertainty visible until you resolve it.
Keep the next step clear
Avoid presenting separate image captures as one complete retained PDF. Each approved capture is an entry, and normalized image previews are working copies. Link the practical next steps through clear titles and notes rather than relying on file order alone.
One step at a time.
- 01
Read the complete original document in order.
- 02
Import the supported file or clearly identified page sources.
- 03
Check cross-references before approving dates or requirements.
- 04
Name the next action and keep the original document available.
A little reference.
Keep the context and your next action together.
| Check | Example | Your next step |
|---|---|---|
| Page context | Instructions, page 2 of 4 | Preserve the identifying context |
| Exception | “See eligibility section” | Read it before planning |
| Original | Complete document | Keep the full source separately |
Does OneTap join separate images into an archival PDF?
The documented capture workflow does not promise that; retain the complete original separately when you need the whole document.
These guides explain product workflows. Review extracted names, dates and amounts. Features depend on your device, permissions and optional service setup.
A little more clarity, in your pocket.
