A bill screenshot is useful only when its amount, account and deadline survive the trip into your task list. Capture the actual notice, then review its reading before approving anything.
One clean source and one checked deadline are more useful than several unchecked tasks.
Start with the source
Include the provider heading, billing period, total and due date in the image. If the message continues below the screen, keep the missing information separately rather than treating one cropped image as the whole bill.
Make the review useful
In New capture, choose a supported image or paste it. On-device OCR and rules can prepare suggestions without an AI trial. Check every digit against the original; a detected deadline can start with a 9 AM alarm that you should adjust.
Keep the next step clear
Choose the correct bill category and review any proposed actions. A due amount is not confirmed spending. Only a paid record with its date and spending confirmation contributes to the Bills dashboard.
