A single document can ask for a form, a payment and a later appointment. Keep those actions connected to the same source while checking each deadline independently.
Separate the actions while keeping the document that explains them.
Start with the source
Read the full supported document before deciding which requests are actionable. A heading may describe a general process while a later paragraph gives the actual date that applies to you. Do not promote every date into a task.
Make the review useful
During capture review, inspect each proposed action and remove suggestions that do not require your attention. Name related tasks precisely, such as “Return the signed form” and “Bring the receipt to the appointment.”
Keep the next step clear
Set reminders according to the purpose of each step. An early preparation alert and the final deadline are different events. The capture is approved as one entry with its reviewed actions, rather than requiring a duplicate copy for every task.
One step at a time.
- 01
Import the complete supported document.
- 02
Compare each proposed deadline with its source sentence.
- 03
Remove background dates and clarify the remaining action titles.
- 04
Set useful alert times and approve the source with its actions.
A little reference.
Keep the context and your next action together.
| Check | Example | Your next step |
|---|---|---|
| Form | Return by 12 June | Schedule preparation before the deadline |
| Payment | Due on 15 June | Keep payment status unconfirmed until checked |
| Visit | Appointment on 18 June | Add the required documents to a checklist |
Does every action consume a capture entry?
Approving one capture with its reviewed actions uses one entry; later review rules attached to that saved information are not new captures.
These guides explain product workflows. Review extracted names, dates and amounts. Features depend on your device, permissions and optional service setup.
A little more clarity, in your pocket.
