A LITTLE LIFE GUIDE / GUIDE

Check a capture before you approve it

Approval is the point where a proposed reading becomes part of your workspace.

Approval is the point where a proposed reading becomes part of your workspace. Take a final pass through the details that will drive reminders, dashboards and future messages.

THE LITTLE THING TO REMEMBER

A careful approval prevents more work than correcting an unchecked record later.

01

Start with the source

Compare the category, provider or sender and record date with the original. For bills, review currency, amount and payment status. For health records, check the patient label. For warranties and subscriptions, check the coverage or renewal date rather than assuming any visible date serves that role.

02

Make the review useful

Read each proposed action aloud in your own words. Remove unsupported tasks, correct recipients and verify the actual alert times. A detected future action may start with a 9 AM alarm; change it when another time would be more useful.

03

Keep the next step clear

If the source has no action, save only the record information you intend to keep. If it needs review later, schedule that deliberately. Timers and alerts configured during capture review activate after approval, and notification permission is requested at that point when needed.

PUT IT INTO PRACTICE

One step at a time.

  1. 01

Check category, identity and record date.

  2. 02

Verify amounts, patient labels or coverage fields as applicable.

  3. 03

Review every action, recipient and alert time.

  4. 04

Approve only when the saved result matches your intention.

A little reference.

Keep the context and your next action together.

ONE MORE QUESTION

Can I edit the record after approving it?

Yes. Saved information remains editable, but reviewing before approval avoids unnecessary alerts and incorrect dashboard entries.

Your source stays the reference.

These guides explain product workflows. Review extracted names, dates and amounts. Features depend on your device, permissions and optional service setup.
