Start with the source
The device has three new entries shared across approved captures, manual notes and manual to-dos. It also has three successful AI analyses or generated replies. These are separate counters, so one simple capture need not use both.
Make the review useful
Use on-device OCR and rules when they are sufficient. Review the draft, category and action titles before approval. Deleting an approved entry does not restore an entry, and cancelling a successful AI preview does not restore that AI trial.
Keep the next step clear
Saved entries stay readable, editable, exportable and completable after the allowance is used. Reviews, budgets and rules attached to that saved information remain usable. Lifetime removes the app’s entry and AI trial caps, with service and device limits still applying.

Does reinstalling guarantee a fresh allowance?
The counters are kept in platform secure storage; deletion of a record is not an allowance reset, and the app does not promise reinstall resets.
