Keep the capture review open while checking the displayed error. The app preserves a draft after an entry-save failure and refunds that failed entry allowance. Avoid repeatedly approving the same draft before you understand whether a save completed.
Make the review useful
Return to the list and look for the intended title and source when it is safe to do so. If one approved record exists, open and edit it instead of importing the document again. Duplicate captures can produce duplicate records and confuse spending review.

Treat AI trials separately from entry saves. A successful analysis may already count even when you do not approve its result, while failed or invalid AI requests refund only that failed trial. Record the message if you need support without sharing private source content unnecessarily.
